Controlled by frequency converter , Automatic clockwise and anticlockwise rotation devices whose rotion speed of rotary plates is adjustable can better suit on-site process of large-size pieces.liquor in the cup fiuctuates with rotation. Therefore output ratio of dyeing liquor is more uniform .It is suitable for dyeing all materials for most flat and uniformly dyed sample.
We use 300ml and 800ml dyeing cups respectively for lowliquor-ration and high liquor -ratio dye in order to suitdifferent textiles and dyeing.
The difference between oil bath infrared and common infrared and glycerin machine
Oil bath infrared is a high-performance sample making machineintegrated environmental protection , energy saving and high efficiency and now is the best alternative of common infrared glycerin and high temerature and high pressure sample making machine.
Common infrared adopts nixie tube computer ,which can only display 8 bvtes Arabic numerals:while oil bath infrared adopts LCD screen computer , which can display , store and control 64 procedural curves and multi-parameter Chinese and foreign lists , an regulate steplessly heating power and motor positive and reverse rotion time etc.
Common infrared can only detect the temperature of one dyeing cup, which can not effectively reffect the temperature difference between different cups . while oil bath infrared can dectect the oil temperature differnce between different dyeing cups.
Common infrared can only do one-timedyeing with batch charging and all dyeing cups must go in and out at the same time , which reduce the service efficiency of equipements. While oil bath infrared can do curve heating- up proofing , as well as comstant temperature proofing which can add or reduce dyeing cups at any time during dyeing , so that the service efficiencv of equipments is enhanced.
In use process of glycerin machine , gly cerin gives off sharp smell and heavy smoke {harmful to human body }.While it is not the same case with oil bath infrared because the oil is put within the turn plate.
Each year , an expenditure od 8000 yuan for glycerin change must be paid for glycerin machine , as well as 1000 yuan for water ,due to the continuous water drainageduring colling . While operating costs for oil bath infrared are pretty low because no glycerin loss occurs and no water is needed for cooling.
